OK so he choise to extend the loan period in June, I don't have any knowlege of the 107m shares off and on the shorts list, perhaps ask PH directly if they are his,
MY understanding is that: he owns the shares and has put them up for collateral, I don't understand how these shares could be used in shorting as PH would have to lend them out and they are held as security. Maybe the bank loaned them out , however that could mess up the LVR for PH.
Another reason that this would appear unlikely to me is that if the value of IMU shares dropped then PH may have to stump up more shares the hold the LVR in place , my suppositions only I am no expert in these matters.
