100% agree, the fact that he loans as opposed to selling is a goodfaith transaction towards the company, it's much easier to sell the idea of "I needed to sell shares to pay tax, other commitments, etc" but he doesn't agree with selling at this price so it makes commercial sense (also tax advantages of same)
20m shares is f* all, we trade more than that on a daily basis.
