Hi Thaliat, further to your questions I'll ask a question if that's ok.
As Paul is only putting up 20M shares as a trade off to extending his loan facility until it's settled, would you have much rather he sold these shares on market to raise cash?

my personal opinion, PH selling shares to settle a loan facility would have been detrimental to the SP, because no one would have believed that. Instead he offers them as security, settles his facility and still owns them...(doesn't even have to pay tax on selling them).

who cares what happens to those shares in the mean time...if someone wants to try and short a measly 20M shares now at this price...go for it!!! good luck trying to get em back, especially after a nice Her-vaxx announcement this morning.

I also believe his loan facility was with a 'bank', I wonder if their investment strategy would be to short IMU with 20M shares.
