The number of shares held before and after the transaction are exactly the same so it's not a trade, but a transfer. It looks like the shares are moving between two accounts within the company.
Because it was not noted as a price sensitive change, I would suggest that it was meant to be submitted at an earlier date but it was missed.
Squaring up the ledger by the sounds of it but the '26th of July' date must be an error.
If it was a price sensitive announcement, that would be an entirely different matter.
