One possibility form the small order is its a part order, and it got filled and then the price went up. He didn’t chase it. Or Another possibility is it’s an order to do with one of his entities that did the same. he has to report on all of them. And some people like round numbers.
It’s insignificant and doesn’t really send any signal imo.
