holdthedip..,I agree they pay themselves a tad too much .. but much is of course expected of them!!! Now we all new that time in was a major feature of development ...So I do believe that management are bringing it all together ..
However I believe a big option package based on achievement is much more satisfactory for shareholders and management than a big pay packet and I'm speaking from experience ..
mind you the huge revenue growth ahead and the profits will put everything into perspective ..if the CEO
succeeds !!!!
Then and only then will he have earned his large Salary!!!
