I can't say I had looked through the placement documentation thoroughly until this morning. This chart is a good one from the "Independent Expert’s Report" by Lonergan Edwards & Associates which is a valuation firm and not stock analyst. (the latter commonly acting as shrills)
Either way the mid point valuation looks like a good jump from where we are at now. Still I like most others would be hoping that we see the share price move beyond that.
