Considering he still has 5mill options, he's probably selling this for the tax write-off & fill the piggy bank in the new financial year, and will sit on his options until the share price inevitably grows in value.
Then he'll convert the options on the cheap. total sales of these shares is just over $660K. 0.44% of the market cap.
I wouldn't call it a big deal at this point in time. An ugly sight to see on the ASX at this time for the company yes, but overall I'm still intending to hold my small parcel.
