Directors cannot buy if they know market sensitive information they have to do it in a break from news flow. Directors buying are always a good thing; I would love to know what the negatives are. Like the head of the Russian mafia gives the director money so as he can waste it buying shares that are worthless so as the mafia king can sell his shares and legally turn it in to cash. Nothing like a good conspiracy. I bet it’s a ploy by the Russians
