It sais he was responsible for securing the oyu copper mine for Ivanhoe in the DRC, so obviously he has the know-how and experience in deals like this on reading further, so maybe it just comes down to the macro factors
Like i said i think its 2 years away unless we get a hale merry from the states, or Australia might pull its finger out a d really put some money into it
