Secondly, I am not debating on whether the director needs to disclose or not so not sure what your point is.
And to answer your question, I am definately looking to sell and waiting for the right moment! It doesn’t mean if ones sentiment is to sell then they are going to dump them straightaway. It indicates they looking to sell, but doesn’t indicate when! I think there is a lack of understanding from your end on what the “sell” and “held” sentiment mean or hiw they work.
