I thought they raised $30 million from the last capital raising...

I thought they raised $30 million from the last capital raising of 0.004cps. At the time AJQ share value was about $5 million, so the company after the CR would have ended up with $35 million dollars' worth of 0.004 cent shares. Divided by 50 in the consolidation there should have been much more that the 103,120,114 shares as per this Report. There was an announcement that all the shares were taken up with one of the groups of $5 million requiring the Underwriters taking up nearly 50%. If that was the case, then one of the top 20 should have substantially increased their holdings.....not seen or reported in this list. Can anyone help with an explanation.
