perhaps you misunderstand me . it has been evident for many years that Cap Drill is running the company. I also think it is an exceptionally good sign that they just plonked $3milion into WIA.  I would respectfully Suggest they intend to get three or four times return on this in a short period. 
 How the Board of Directors - all put there by cap drill or their associates, who each have their own piggybanks, cannot see the same possibility is rather astounding.
