Jamie Boyton and Josef el Raghy must directly own or control a huge percentage of this company now. BPM Investments was the previous listed top shareholder and looks to be a joint investment vehicle for them both, along with with various other entities listed within the top 20 owned individually.
Good to see the new NED getting skin in the game and buying on market.
Osino’s latest presentation linked below. Check out slide 24 which spells out in plain English the emerging regional play with Wia playing a key role. We could well have a major or mid tier for company in the near future with Osino stating they are in constant discussions with potential partners/acquirers.
