Brian McNamee's remaining 125K shares are <5% of his original holdings (gifted by the company). AFAIK he has never bough a single share on market.
Directors always claim to be selling for charity, paying tax or diversification. No director in history has ever said they are selling because they think a share is overpriced or facing headwinds.
