Moving forward, I am trying to get some idea of the value now based on current assets, (basically Blackspur) to work out if it is worth buying some more. It won't take much to bring my average down to around 12c and I estimate the previous offer price was some way north of that. Management has kept that piece of info confidential, but they have an idea it is clear from this announcement that there is some easy money to be made if (as you suggest) there is a sale in the next 6 months at or above the previous offer price.

My instinct is any stock under 10c is likely to reap a reasonable reward.
