Well whatever the reason, its welcome and a whole heap better than seeing management selling. Once all this emotive selling has finished, I am looking forward to seeing a more accurate valuation without all the speculation about land values and sales. As a minimum I am hoping to get back to 10c ahead of the Ex Divvy date.

On the subject of which, am I the only one here who would prefer to see some of those funds directed towards a buyback?
