There may well be, who knows when. There is often a blackout period in the lead up to an announcement during which directors can't buy shares. They can last for days or weeks. We don't know what's going on behind closed doors, maybe nothing, but the amount of insider buying, seemingly out of nowhere, indicates that something is brewing. Patience may be required though. But if the buying stops then that could be the blackout period, or could be nothing.
