Just because the shorts remain static doesn’t mean that on a daily basis shorts are taken to manipulate price down and then covered by existing ones you can see it in the daily short trades. Also in the price chart how it’s left to drift up then smashed down on low volume for no reason has been happening for one year since the cancellation of boral funding by government. As well as the total algorithm trading on both sides that blatantly obvious day to day. I agree tho that we need an agreement on the revenue side to bring in large buyers to break the cycle.
