Apologies if I misspoke, I didn't mean forced. I meant like if I attend my nephew's birthday, I'm obliged to bring a present. "I'll buy you something later" is a reasonable excuse... but there is an expectation.
In the net, I agree this share purchase is a good thing. It means she's personally invested in the outcome... as I would hope any director to be. But I don't take it as a bullish signal.
