But the investment decision for directors is more complicated than for normal shareholders as they are essentially investing in their own job security?
If the next renumeration report gets voted down, its creates all sort of problems.

The last statement said capital return in September, but they also need to get shareholder approval first. Is this all going to happen in the next few weeks?
Also, what is the record date for the capital return?
