It depends on rates, economy, market sentiment, time period & so on, but I think this is all currently bearishly priced in
Any hint of lower rates, positivity on reits, $ less buying power realising value of real assets, return to office or anything else slightly bullish should bring it back toward NTA, that might take a while but it’s paying a decent yield for waiting
I wouldn’t be surprised if TP buys it out in the meantime but doubt he’s going to do it at NAV
