self-claimed No 1 rating television company in Australia only worth 450 millions after spend over 100 millions for prime group, not much buyer interested even at 31C,why this guy can get another 12 millions share (at cost of company?), for what performance or reason? retail investors should vote No any remuneration for executives at AGM!
