I know this remuneration was approved at last AGM, but we reviewed this package today, I will say he not deserve it. last year and earlier operations performance and share performance (reach 80c +) , not because of his performance, largely because of macroeconomic environment when we look backward. so even this kind reward package been approved , still should be hold a period of time (like 3 yeas )to review. Now his personal gain at cost of company , and cost of most swm investors capital loss! another bad practice is very common: fund manager earned commissions (as high as 20%) for outperforming market in earlier year. but then suffer a significant loss in later years , which cause loss of investment capital. so overall he didn't make any money for investor instead of suffer loss, we look backward fund manager should get any incentive earlier. it is purely on luck, not their skill and performance. this is very bad practice in investment world. they are all simply not skin the game.
