Yes it looks like Jordan didn't want to sell off the company but the majority of mgmt wanted a payday as we are seeing it play out ... Interested Bidder has contracted a broker to keep the VWAP as low as possible ..I hope it turns into a dutch auction and we see muti parties making offers ..prob going be in the teens ..just hoping its high teens
