I few factors why I think a T/O offer is in the planning ...
-Mgmt keep buying shares of late ..pre Dividend payment of course as well..(get as much $$$ before they look for new jobs)
I see on MON when GW purchased the price open and hit 9.5c so he was stress about paying overs
-Broker-controlled selling into the bid in small orders (goal to keep the VWAP?)I just added another 117k 9c and straight away small lots sold into the 8.8c level
-We know from recent times we have 3+ interested parties in the Blackspur assets
-Montney was sold off in a rush ... did the more serious predators not what this extra project and put across to CE1 mgmt they should move it on asap ..
-OIL generally sells down this time of year pre-winter refineries maintenance programs etc ... but not this year OIL price continue to catch the bid... pushing higher = bullish outlook for NOV-JAN period (great for producers and those planning on securing leading to purchasing Energy assets)
