So PH had only 500k shares and just acquired another 2.1M shares for free for performance rights for which he was already being paid when the SP dropped from 11c to 2c?!?!
What performance?
What offtake contract or debt deal did he sign by end July or to today? NONE
What new SP highs that he promised at 2020 AGM did he achieve when SP was 7c
Now its 2.2c so a third of the 2020 AGM SP !
WHY should he get any free shares at all?
