he can't if he has access to inside info BUT am fairly confident he will be dumping more on market over the next week- good times to look out for bargains... i think it has more to do with his personal finances than the project. If he used shares as collateral for other financial dealings, he would be forced to sell when they devalue. hence the low selling (just my theory but seems to add up). if the other directors sell, then i'd be very afraid.
