Maybe some in the company were expecting their performance shares - fell short on performance criteria, fell short on additional shares. Meet the criteria, get the additional shares - if sp was to comply with criteria there would be more happy holders - I believe somewhere around 10c?

Management cannot control market conditions but the criteria was based on certain conditions - including tying to sp performance - sp lacklustre, not surprising, since as yet there is a lack in sales to generate income coupled with general market downturn, even as what's left in the kitty is diminishing in tandem with the value of our investment. (Hope income generation will kick in soon).

Perhaps for some it's easier to pull a rabbit out of a hat (that's some performance).

Hope management is not pulling another cr out of holders at current distressed sp levels with a further 20 odd percent discount prior to inbound funds from helium sales. For some holders 'there may not be an avenue to find additional funds' either. Best to all holders. AIMO
