I had a look at market index to see some past director transactions out of curiosity. Funnily enough I see Natter did a market sell for 373k shares back in June. So this is them buying-back the shares they sold, I guess?
The price per share was $0.635, and it definitely never got that low in June, I'm not sure what the deal is there.
