I'll chime in. The SP is near arbitrary, by that I mean there is no agreed way to measure fair value pre-revenue espwcially while the market is bearish. Natter hasn't indicated fair value at all, he has suggested that he probably doesn't expect a better buying opportunity inside a company-approved buying window. Natter has happily paid much much more per share in the past during a CR ($2.9 was it???), so we also know where he thinks the market cap is headed-long term.
