I assume he also received plenty of options so we just don't know the average sp he is holding, if i am not wrong and it is disclosed somewhere, then please correct me. I am just pointing out the fact that he did not buy in when the sp was $1 or 90c indicated to me that my guestimate value of $1.07 was far too high. Even at this closing SP, it is still high. In absence of a business case, we should use this judgement as a guide was my point.
