if you are a company director or chairman of a publicly listed company it’s hard to buy or sell shares. I have friends who sit on boards who would to like to sell shares but can’t because of upcoming announcements. If they did they would face possible insider trading issues. So the Admiral buying shares is a good sign of his faith where the company is going but unlikely related to anything big about to be announced. I would guess we are still a few months away from the kind we would all like to read about ! So I wouldn’t read too much into it. Like all shareholders he had to buy after the latest news announcements. Not before. Hence the date he bought. But again, this is a good sign company is on track.
