Hi All, the directors are in the US, when they acquired these shares, they bought through nvx nasdaq. It doesn't matter whether they buy from nvx asx or nvx nasdaq, the total number of shares in nvx is from the SAME pool, which is used to calculate the market capital of the AUD $393M. Please confirm my understanding is correct. Many thanks.
