Agree that I like this move.

I hope Jamie/other senior figures have an auto buy of 10,000 shares a month until they have a million in the company.
i mean I got 30,000 last month because under $1.20 is just too good to not buy.
I don't follow but I wish the bonus was all in shares that can't be sold for 10 years (or until SP is $5), get that long term incentive going.
