You get to decide for yourself if you agree with bonuses or not. The Board clearly approved so you probably best ask them to justify their decision under the current circumstances and where they got the $250K number from.
I'd also not Jamie allocated ~25% of his post tax cash bonus to his recent purchase. I also understand he has a young family so plenty of other commitments to cover.
