SH33 - Do you even understand how buy backs work? They support the floor; not push new highs. They don't HAVE to buy the 10% or 15% - they are able to. But, they are still restricted with the max price:
5 day moving average + 5%
This is why the buy back couldn't get going whilst the price was pulling back some of the recent losses over the last couple of weeks.
Also - they are using company money, investors money, and therefore you are spending $1 of our assets to return $1 to investors. Which is why you find buy backs in companies where the board think the company has been oversold or there is excess capital that needs to be returned to investors.

You will be wanting to see BPD: Q1 (reported) FY 24: Cash Flow: $0.3M - Nexstellis $6.4m usd Q2 FY 24: Cash Flow: $2.5M - Nexstellis $8m usd Q3 FY 24: Cash Flow: $4M - Nexstellis $9.7m usd
This will give EBITDA of around Q2: $2.7M Q3: $4.7M
Two quarters of growth without expenses getting out of control; and you will see investors getting bullish. But the reason it hasn't hit your magical $8 after the 1/4erly update (despite your every effort to inspire any readers) is investors have seen this before and a $18M improvement from Q4 23 to Q1 24 doesn't mean the next report will show another EBITDA improvement of $18M. That money needs to come from *new* customers or a reduction in OPEX.
I'm pretty invested in this baby, so hopefully Q1 was the turning point. But only time will tell.
