Hahaha - what a way to have to run a publicly listed Company! He could have at least asked one of his mates or inner circle shareholders to buy a few at 4c to save the Company the embarrassment of needing a director to do it.
It's these sorts of things a tier 1 will take a long hard look at when doing due diligence before entering into any sort of contract. You might have a good product but financial health and quality of management will always trump that. In my opinion NOR is objectively very poor in the first regard and not demonstrating much of the second.
