There is one positive aspect to it. The sons seem to have been selling gradually for four years. In a lightly traded stock, such consistent selling will put a lid on the share price, which duly occurred. I have been wondering for years why the share price seems to be out of kilter with the profits SRV has been making. This is one possible explanation for that…the regular selling down of substantial holdings by the sons has distorted the share price below its true value. Now…if they would just stop selling!
