I cannot sympathise with your concerns. When the founder owns 45% + of the company and continuously adds to his position over decades what is there to worry about if his relatives offload a couple of shares??
Alf then went on to exercise 1,500,000 options at $2.48 ($3.7m) the day after the announcement you guys speak of LOL. See below. None of you cared to mention this!
