As you said, always feels like there’s something to hide when these announcements come after hours. They’re never at market opening. It almost looks as if they don’t want their long suffering shareholders to notice they are rewarding themselves for a 70% loss in share value (from highs). Lucky I’m not cynical or I’d think they’ve gone to the dark side where greed becomes the motivation and not shareholders interests.
