IMHO, Management is doing everything to conserve cash at the moment as the coffers are nearly dry - desperately need some positive news to release to the market so they can do another CR at a far better price than present to stay afloat!
Here's hoping there is something in the pipeline to save us all and that this announcement is a positive indicator!
