In the end, it is a disgrace. The ex CEO whom they shafted after he did the right thing and stepped aside whilst he was sorting out own legal matters, which were subsequently dismissed by the courts by the way)so as not to bring any blemish upon the company, has moved on to other corporate developments and in a short time frame has rebuilt what is a very good structural foundation with minimal capital needed to be raised and in good order that is now placed to launch itself forwards and upwards.

MRC has brunt through over 45 million dollars in the same period and has not created anything, and at best put temporary bandages on problems whilst waiting for "the inline strand to kick in" etc...waffle.

seen another deal of vending a project and getting NPV when buying out the remaining

Unacceptable practice???? what the ex ceo has done and is doing should be unacceptable requiring
shareholder votes that exceed 80% to carry

Disgrace???? terms are quite clear the disgrace they were even proposed ???

I think current poor shareholder communication and not building the MSP soon enough is what is destroying the company.
