As a shareholder, I'm not amused. Just dont think that Directors should gear up in this manner taking a risk that they may have to dump with the consequential damage to the share price. Smacks of greed. He had 20m shares - why borrow to buy more?
And whats going to happen to the other 20m? Are they on margin as well?
