This lacks context as to why herbert koeck was hired as CEO in the first place. Yes his renumeration is very high for a company with little cash, but he was brought on board because the management at the time lacked the ability to move this company to where it needs to be.
the fact that TTT has repair facilities in Airbus show that it's more than just hot air, the last two years show that he has moved the company in the right direction, looking further back would be a disservice as he either wasn't at the company, or wasn't at the company long enough to make an impact
