What do I see or know?
Probably nothing out of the ordinary.
I know there has been plenty of faults...listing far to early, it should have more incubation under control of private equity. Some disastrous raises, which damaged all holders. I think/ hope the board has learnt from that.
The transition from embryo to listed company is always difficult for original owners/ founders, a totally new skillset is required. Proof of their evolution in listed life has been the stint by Daniel, who devoted a lot of time examining every nut and bolt. The transformation rightly moved to getting Steven Thornhill on board, who has been quietly notching up new business, something I don't think the market appreciates yet.
Management have decent stakes in the company and something I don't dwell on, but it was good to see Ben take a few more as he had a buying window and saw the value
