CYM like HGO don't have to build a plant.
HGO are commissioning the plant right now after developing underground infrastructure and their budget for the restart was $25m.
CYM will have a lot more overburden to clear and I am not sure if the plant was kept in wet care and maintenance hence my estimation of up to $100m to recommence open cut mining at Nifty.
