Matt surely would, he was with Clive and Milan at the Noosa Mining Conference, indicating there is little chance he is not up to speed with scoping studies progress. Matt is also a non-exec director of CYM, he is in the thick of it and buying shares. This is a very strong buy signal for the average punter IMO.
