They should not ignore shareholders. Transparency is key and keeping to timelines. This ensures continued confidence and this therefore attracts more investors. Unfortunately management have been too quiet and a little secretive in recent times. I believe the x director selling down would have had less of a drag down on the share price if more shareholders had confidence in management and wanted to pick up the offloads.
