Will the AEM side of the business show further improvement to the extent that it will indicate that they are on budget to convert last year's EBITDA loss of $247,803 to a profit of $3,554,076?
Once SMN can demonstrate that the company, as a whole, can be profitable without the CVM input then the company will have a sound footing & future without being reliant on approvals from Boeing & the FAA.
Shareholders will be assured that their capital is safe & any downside risk is minimized.
In round figures, each $1,400,000 of earnings made will equate to each 1 cent per share of future dividends.
Conversely, based on a P/E of 30 each $1.4m of earnings equates to 30 cents in the share price. On that basis earnings of $14m calculates to a share price of $3.00 & $70m calculates to a share price of $15.00 when the CVM business is in full swing.
